ECC has shown me the importance of hard work and helped me to develop. A few years ago it was easier to pick a career from a few set paths. However, students today are now subject to a job environment that changes nearly every day. ECC has taught me skills such as problem solving, critical thinking, communication and collaboration in order to prepare me for the unknown future.
